After a quick search on Google, I found Mr. Locksmith. My wallet had been stolen and of course my keys along with it. I called Mr. Locksmith and they were understanding of my situation and flexible to meet as soon as I was available. They were very prompt and masters at their craft. They did a great job unlocking my car and cut the key efficiently on the spot. I waited in their car to warm up from the cold and charged my dead phone. The price was reasonable and the service was quick! I highly recommend them to save your day like they saved mine!

I called on a Friday night and he was here within 20 minutes. It took him no more than 1 minute to open the door. I couldn’t believe it. He really knows his business. So very polite and did the work for the price quoted on the phone. If you need a locksmith this is the company to use!

Super helpful! We bought a banked owned home but were given only one key that opened only one door. They laid out options for rekeying with various price points and was very pleased with the final outcome. As a bonus, they talked me through the rekeying process as they worked...very interesting.

I have just made duplication for my car key. I went to Mr. Locksmith' office in Golden Valley. He did it with 10 minutes. It is so fast. The price is also very reasonable. He did the best job and the greatest service. He cares the customers. I called other locksmiths before I went to him. They don't even want to answer customer's call we'll. They don't care the customers at all. It is just waste of time and money to contact other locksmiths. If you need this service, don't think anyone else and just go or call him. It is really peace of mind.

Was quoted for $85 or more "if additional tools need to be use" to open my car's door. Service man showed up 30 mins late, and charged me $181 for one minute of work with no additional tools but two air bags and a metal pole. False pricing and unprofessional timing. HIGHLY Highly would not recommend to anyone!! If you're not desperate and can wait, literally find any other services.

This man is wonderful!!! I was back on the road within an hour of the initial phone call! He was so kind and reassuring. I can't give enough stars! I called the dealership first and they said it would cost $250! Mr. Locksmith charged me SUBSTANTIALLY LESS and came to me!!! I hope I never see him again, but he'll be the first person I'll call if I ever EVER need a locksmith.

I played phone tag with a gentleman from this company that was due to come out and get me new keys for my car. After not showing up to their 4 hour window I called them, just to have them text me that they could come now if I still wanted them to. I explained that I was upset that they wasted my time, as I planned accordingly to be home during this time. They decided that they didn't want to come because I expressed my disappointment, even after I told them I still wanted them to come. So no keys from them I guess?

After having my keys stolen while on vacation, I made an appointment to have a new key made. The technician was very friendly and also ended up needing to do a lockout and jump start my car because the cold weather had caused the battery to go bad while I was out of town. He did that at no extra cost. It's nice to not be nickel and dimed on top of being in a stressful situation. Definitely would recommend to others!

Prompt, helpful, determined, and fair.He was a lifesaver for my son when he lost the only key he had that worked the ignition. Thankfully we did have a non programmed key for unlocking the doors. He was able to cut and program a key same day on the spot.Would definitely use them again.

Told me around 120 on the phone to unlock a car door. The locksmith shows up and is rude and makes me help him unlock the door and charges me 180 just to put a stick in the window. I dont live far from their office either. I looked up the job and it should've been a 100 dollar job tops. Go elsewhere if you want decent value.

I have no complaints about this guy. My brother managed to lock his keys inside his running vehicle, on a block that was heavily trafficked by foot and vehicles for the Twin Cities Pride Festival.He showed up within the time frame he originally estimated (I believe it was less than an hour). I honestly half expected him to keep driving and cancel when he got to our location, or charge us some sort of surcharge. He was done and gone within $10, and that's including unlocking the vehicle and running my credit card.His rates, while I wished I wasn't paying them, were reasonable considering the festival and the weekend and compared to the 3 other companies we called for quotes.All in all, 5 star exchange!

Terrible service didn’t quote until after completion took roughly 2 hours an hour to get to me and then after when he gave me the quote after completion was very sketchy wanted me to pay before I got my invoice so I had to end up calling the police and get this he doesn’t want them to be called because he knew there was something wrong about this job so I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Very rude was demanding my grandpa who doesn’t speak very well to give him more and more money without any given reason or bill. I have a video of this whole situation so if one of your corporate management wants to reach out on how dissatisfied and disappointed I am of your customer service. The lady who first took my call and said someone will call me with a estimate time and price but never said…

Firsthand they charged me $300 for a 30 second job to open my front door. I had no other option but to sit in the cold or pay. This is extremely predatory.Secondly, I had to ask for a receipt. When he handed it to me it had the name of Emerald Locksmith. So Mr. Locksmith dispatched a sub-contractor to my home without my knowledge. The guy was rude when I questioned the exorbitant fee.This is shady at best. I would not recommend Mr. Locksmith.
